The system is regularly audited by the Dubai Municipality for compliance with the local order and relevant international standards.Strict quality control procedures, and highly qualified and experienced staff ensure stringent testing conditions.

Regular staff training programmers and competency assessment is carried out through internal quality control programs. All major equipments are calibrated by the Dubai Central Laboratory and other recognized agencies to ensure the required accuracy and traceability to international standards.

The overall objectives have been detailed in the laboratory quality manual, formally assessed and certified for compliance with ISO/IEC 17025. The quality management system encompasses activities carried out at permanent facilities, on site as well as mobile facilities.
